So let's have some fun.

Crazy draft pick predictions...let's get into the mind of Vinny Cerrato or Bruce Allen and go nuts, a pick that makes zero sense, a player that's not even at a position of need or destined to be a bust.

I'll go first.

Not sure why all the angst if Tucker is the pick. People seem to think he is only a guard but he excelled as tackle last year.

I'd be ok with Vera-Tucker if they decide to go O-line. He'll be a very good guard, and has the versatility to play tackle in a pinch. Some have said he's the "safest" O-line pick in the draft.

If they did pick him at 19, I would hope they still draft a true OT later, like Cosmi or Little.

Why are we acting like Google and hiding things?
don't worry it's not a conspiracy, when the site is busy the search is automatically restricted since it's very server intensive

I'm gonna play a little devil's advocate here, it is a conspiracy. Buster he deliberately doesn't want you looking up the past, too many skeletons in the closet. You're gonna have to find the hard way, just gotta click back 4000 pages to reach 2008.

Watching him.
He is a balanced safety at best.
Nothing wrong with that.
He is also very talented.
But I want a dedicated center fielder.
I spend 1st round pick on FS, I want a Earl Thomas or Sean Taylor type player.
That is not Moehrig.
True center fielders later in draft.
I also don't think Moehrig anywhere near BPA at 19.

At 19, One possibly two top players will fall and be available. We’ll see
I respectfully disagree. He may be a balanced safety, and is certainly talented, but is not a true center fielder at next level. Simply not quick twitch enough.

If Fields is off the board at 15, the Patriots will take him.

Projected. :-)
He is a balanced S who has played some deep.
He is not a prototypical center fielder.

You're either most advanced FS scout in the draft, or you are dead wrong. Bold move Cotton.

I am not the most advanced FS scout. I am also not dead wrong, though am not infallible obviously. Lot of range between those two extremes.
