Re: The Workplace

I'm sitting here alone today because I had one of my ladies leave a couple weeks back, one is sick, and the other is on a two week vacation. I have not worked this hard in years. I get in around 7:30am and I'm lucky to leave here by 730pm.

I bet if you did half your work in excel you be out by 10am. Instead you are there until 7:30pm with graph paper and a number two pencil. So sad.

I'm sure I'll be going to a few camp events...I just hate the idea of giving a penny to Danny Boy but I guess I can take one for the team. Let me know when you and firstdown want to go and I will be there.

p.s. Look for this guy and you're sure to find me:

My friend is out there now helping prepare for the World Cup. He does all things terrazzo and they're handling some HUUUUUUUUGE projects right now. Dude is making buku dollars.

Cambridge Maryland Hotels, Eastern Shore- Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay- Cambridge MD Hotel

We went on this trip this weekend and it was nice but very expensive. We arrived on Friday around 1:30pm and we left Sunday morning. Friday night dinner and drinks were provided. Saturday night our regional sales mgr took me and my wife out to dinner. So we only had to pay for lunch two days, drinks, and I played golf Saturday. Our bill was $500 so I'd say it was a bit pricy. Oh, and the room was also provided.

holy snickies! we went there for the 4th of july.

our rooms were comp'd by my ladies uncle who thought he could get our room covered under his points but he couldnt so he had to pay over 400 per night (we were in the suites on teh 6th floor with the vip lounge, etc)

i figured id pick up dinner one night but when i heard he had to pay money for our room for the 2 nights i bought dinner both nights and it totaled 500 bucks for 2 crappy ass dinners.

teh pools are overrun with kids and the hot tubs always had a bunch of 10 year olds in it even though supposedly every even hour (or odd?) was supposed to be adults only.

the place was just overrun with kids, itd be great if you have kids, sucked if you were looking to get hammered by the pool sandals style.

very expensive. i consider it a really nice holliday inn or a really bad hyatt "resort".
