Nats Win, Nats Win...

I took 70Chip III to venerable RFK for Nats and Cards last night. 70Chip III lives in Missouri and is a Cardinal fan, so he was a bit disappointed in the outcome. He couldn't understand why Larussa left JIm Edmonds in against releiver Ray King because, as he explained it to me on the way home, Edmonds hits like .160 against left-handers.

At any rate it was good to see the old girl again (RFK). I sat behind first base not far from where I sat in 1983 when Darryl Grant did his thing. Good times, good times...

I was at the game as well. Great finish....Zimmerman comes thru again.

The Nats have been playing well lately. 4 in a row!

70, I was there when Grant did his thing too...although, at the time was just a lad myself. Good times indeed.
