Charley Casserly said on 106.7 that Gruden had a clause that he can walk whenever he wants, thats what he said he had heard through his people.

From Twitter:
@jay_glazer: I'm reporting Redskins now trying to lock up former Raiders and Bucs GM Bruce Allen to replace Cerrato. His father George is legend in DC

Confirming the PFT article

A) I'm VERY happy Cerratto is gone; Christmas came early
B) I think this move happend because Snyder knows Wade Phillips will be fired and he and Jerry Jones will both be chasing Mike Shanahan, so Snyder figures to make the job more appealing to him, by firing his 'puppet' Vinny, just to show Mike that he'll have control, or more control than he'd get with Jerry, if he came here, cause keep in mind Jerry Jones is GM of the Cowboys so he controls and gets the final say as to what goes on, thus Shanahan wouldn't have as much say with the cowgirls than he would with us, NOW.
C) Smootsmack, how do you hear about all this stuff, are you in the skins organization or do you have a member in the organization?

This is killer, I have a final in thirty minutes and I can't get off the warpath. I'm out... I'll have to zone back in in 2 hours. I still got that feeling its Holmgren. Time will tell.

I know, everytime I hear my boss walking around I have to keep minimizing the screen. Then right when he leaves its up again. This day is shot.

I would be fine with Bruce Allen....Im certainly not impressed with Gruden record, but he might be the kinda guy that would fit here. He wont be taking sh*t from some of these attitudes on the team. Portis, Rock and Carlos b*tchin this year, hopefully he get in here and knock some heads...

He works for ESPN. And where his member is or isn't is his business.
