I would say the coaches have mailed it in, they all know they are getting fired.
They most likely WANT TO get fired, then they can walk away with a boatload of Snyder money.

this play is probably due the fact that most of the coaches know they are gone after the season. also with shannan rumors going around what do they have to coach for.
