Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Why?
Kansas State is the first opponent they've played that you can realistically judge them off of, and while they did win, it wasn't impressive enough to call them the best right away. Baylor's other opponents? Wofford, Buffalo, Louisiana-Monroe, and West Virginia. Not exactly a formidable lineup, is it? Offensively, they've been great against weak opponents. Defensively, they've been alright against weak opponents. I'll wait 'til they play a truly talented team to give them anything. Texas Tech is also undefeated, even though they've played a stronger schedule and haven't had their starting quarterback the whole time. You can have Baylor; I'll take the Ash-led Longhorns or the Red Raiders. |

As for who is better than Baylor right now? Alabama, Oregon, Miami, Texas, Oklahoma, Stanford, Texas A&M, LSU, Michigan, Clemson, Ohio State, Florida State, Georgia, Louisville, Missouri, UCLA, Virginia Tech, and perhaps a few others. Basically, anybody who's somebody. Baylor is way overrated, and they will be exposed in the last 5 weeks of the regular season. |

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Feel really bad for the Grambling kids. Cant believe the school administration agreed to a clause to pay 250K a year to Williams if fired. Not a good coach and now is stealing from an underfunded program.

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Canes trailed at half time and had to come back to beat UNC 27-23.
SO MANY injuries in the first half, but they're still undefeated. Whew, close one. RB Duke Johnson and WR Phillip Dorsett both went down. Duke had 83 yards on 8 carries and was on a roll. He had just ripped a 59-yard run before getting hurt. Hope he's OK.

Meanwhile LOLousville lost they're first game of the season to UCF.
And Grambling canceled they're game against Jackson St because the players didn't want to play..wow. That school has some serious problems.

Raise your hand if you thought FSU would leap ahead of Oregon and if you had Mizzou in the top 5?
