Re: Washington vs Card Pre Game

The OL has to be improved over last year, how much is the question. EB's schemes can certainly help as well.

I definitely do not think they will do it but I just don’t think it would be as bad a look because of the situation.
Unless the team truly implodes, I doubt that happens. Mid-season firings are seldom seen as justifiable (except recently for Urban Myers) and more of a sign of a team management dysfunction.

Zero chance Harris fires Ron during the season.

Oh if i had to wager there is no way i say he gets fired. Just speaking hypothetically that if it did I don’t think it would be looked at as dysfunctional but as cleaning house. I agree with you though Ruh they would have to completely implode. “Hey we wanted to give Ron one more chance - we saw enough “.

But, again, I think Ron has a full season to show something because we aren’t going to implode.

This raised an eyebrow for me. I hope this is not connected to Terry's injury.

God I hope not. Just a seasoned veteran and former player worthy of a ps spot I hope.

We need a better returner than Milne, Crowder was our returner a few years back.

"I'll tell you who looks like an absolute beast on tape - and I know everybody's going to talk about Jahan Dotson and how he's going to have a breakout year and could be a Pro Bowl type of player, and I don't disagree with that. But Saahdiq Charles is absolutely freakin' killing people on tape. Just KILLING people. There were dozens of rewindable moments in preseason where I was like, 'Holy shit, this guy is a one-man wrecking crew.' And, like, really good technique. Great steps, good hands. I was thoroughly impressed with the way he played."

That’s why they’ve been patient with him.

It would be nice if he could play in at least 10 games this season.

I suppose this explains why the coaches have been holding onto him ever since we drafted him. Unfortunately this will not mean anything if he cannot stay on the field. The coaches could at least refer him to a personal trainer who can teach him to take care of his body.

John Keim -

Terry McLaurin is in pads and catching passes before practice. Not doing any running yet.
