Since we're talking hot sauce. I saw some of this. Never seen white hot sauce before. Apparently there's no flavor to it. Its just pure heat.

This one is to be used as an additive ONLY. There is NO FLAVOR here, only heat. Capsaicin crystals in a solution. That's it.

Ingredients:
Vinegar, water, salt, Aquaresin (R) of capsaicin.

If I remember correctly the hottest stars are blue.

The stellar classification [See link] in order of temperature. Our Sun is classed as yellow.

Blue > 30,000 Kelvin
Blue to blue white 10,000 -> 30,000 Kelvin
White 7,500 -> 10,000 Kelvin
Yellowish White 6,000 -> 7,500 Kelvin
Yellow 5,200 -> 6,000 Kelvin
Orange 3,700 -> 5,200 Kelvin
Red 1,000 < 3,700 Kelvin
Brown < 1,000 Kelvin
Black 0 Kelvin

I bought the Gator sauce local restaurant in the Med-Hot and the Hot. By far the best I have had. Lots of flavor and the Hot will make you sweat without searching out a organ transplant waiting list......
I did not know they made so many things......oh well!
