Okay.. saw some movies that the ladies convinced me to watch..

Remember Me - the cover made me think that it was going to be some sissy romantic movie but it was far from that.. the role of the little sister cracked me up

and as if one Pierce Brosnan movie wasn't enough for the week I also saw The Greatest which was pretty good as well

neither were spectacular have to watch it again soon movies but definitely enjoyed them both

I just watched The Ugly Truth with Gerald Bulter and Im suprised to say i thought it was pretty funny.

My pick for best film of 2010 (thus far) is Winter's Bone. The lead (played by Jennifer Lawrence) blew me away, considering I've never even heard of her. The story plays out like a mystery. Watch this movie.

I can't decide whether to accept it for what it is or be prepared to be annoyed by how much shit gets added in just to make it watchable.

Just got back from Inception and my mind is f'ing blown!! That movie was awesome. Visually stunning and very original.

To be fair, I guarantee some people are going to bitch that it's too long and there are a few parts that are a little slow, because basically they need to explain some of the crazy stuff that's happening. But I loved it and my sisters who have completely different tastes in movies than I do also enjoyed it.

I've heard from numerous people now that Inception is off the hook. Looks like I'll be seeing it Sunday evening with the wife. DiCaprio is the man.

Matty, glad you liked IB. Such a badass film. Was there anything cooler than the Bear Jew?

Side note: watched Funny People the other day on HBO. Definitely a drama with some good comedy mixed in. Really liked it. Eric Bana's "footy" obsessed side role cracked me up.

Definitely gonna check out Salt as well. Love spy thrillers. Spy Game and the Bourne series are great fun.

I really didn't think it was all that confusing, I guess along the same lines as Memento.
Actually, my biggest complaint is probably that some of it seemed pretty straight forward and they didn't make some of the scenes more dream-like because I know most of my dreams don't make a lot of sense.

Just got back from seeing it, definitely loved it but yeah, I thought the dreams should have been more dream like.

I highly recommend Inception, one of those movies that sticks with you for awhile. Can't wait to see it again.
