Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Gotta admit I'm struggling to finish Infinite. Just got bored with it for some reason. I actually haven't been playing much of anything lately. Maybe just because its summer.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
It's worth it. I personaly took my time with it myself. I got it on launch day and didn't finish it until early last month. The ending is a pleasantly surprising mind-f**k to say the least.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
I'm pretty close, I was burning through it and then ncaa came out. I'm sure I'll get back to it. Gotta see what all the hype was about with the ending.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
I can't finish a game for the life of me anymore. By the time 9pm rolls round and my kids are down I am out like a light.
I miss the burning through a whole game in a weekend days.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
So I picked up NCAA a few days ago, and its cool and all but the no celebrations glitch is killing me.
I think it may by PS3 version only, but after scoring, the player drops the ball, walks away, and the camera stays locked on the ball. Sometimes pushing X doesn't even roll over the screen and the clock just runs down until you get a delay of game.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Seems like they are bringing back being able draft guys from NCAA in the new madden. That is awesome because that was always my favorite part of madden; pretending to be a GM.
The new NCAA is pretty good, except when the running back lays on top of a tackler in a very strange position for what feels like 5 seconds then just gets up and runs for a touchdown. Besides that they definetaly improved from what they had last year. |

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Im just wondering what took them so long to finally make playing the computer a challenge. QBs actually make good decisions. Though all the throwing the ball away gets old. Still, thumbs up, I'm actually really looking forward to Madden now.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Ok I finally finished it last night, the ending was definitely very well worth it. I've been reading up on it just to fill in the holes. Mindf**k to say the least.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
So there's this little game out today called Grand Theft Auto V, not sure if anyone has heard of it.
I just got it this morning, haven't had a chance to play it yet. Probably should have taken the day off. It's killing me. |

Make sure you have plenty of room on your hard drive. Disc 1 is a 8 gb install.

I may get it this afternoon.
Do you have to install it to play it?
