Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Agreed. Lots of OTs out there historically that would be better than Trent, and I think highly of Trent while saying this.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Quite frankly, at this point I can't see how EB can be any worse than RR, so giving him the job and clearing out the chaff in the coaching and FO ranks at this point can either help us turn the season around or help identify the offseason needs a lot sooner than week 19.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
What do you guys think of Josh McDaniels as OC? I think he could work with Howell or a new QB, and certainly understands offense.
I know the new GM and HC will make those decisions, but if he is willing to go back to OC, he could be in demand. |

GTFO here. I wouldn't want Josh McDaniels close to my stadium, never the less my organization. Dude is a cancer and we're trying to change the culture.

I think Belichick and Andy Reid are the two coaching trees where coaches get picked off from, but the majority fail because they are simply not Reid or Belichick.

John Harbaugh, Sean McDermott, and Doug Pedersen has been pretty successful. Compared to the BB tree coaches, even Ron has had more success in his career. The BB coaching tree is full of flops who come from inflated expectations because they coach for BB and had Tom Brady as QB.
