Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
Arians on Antoine Winfield, throws shade at Chase Young: “Can’t say enough about him. To me, he's the Defensive Rookie of the Year. Seven and a half sacks isn’t anything to what he’s done.”
Ok stop

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
#Saints will now begin one of the craziest offseasons in NFL history no matter the NFL pegs the cap limit at. Currently project to be around $95M over the cap and that will be around $100M over once they sign futures deals.
DAMN The Saints are DONE

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
Ask him if we can trade Chase for Winfield. See how fast that changes. That guy has always seemed like a toolbag. Go Packers (was rooting for them already).

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
Prob Winston but I'd just rebuild.

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
I just don't see us giving up an absurd amount for him though, if we legitimately pursue him. Watson is, reportedly, done with Houston. He's really pissed. He is suddenly the most polarizing player in this offseason.

All because Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson left their brains at home that day.

And to me it's also the same logic: you're attributed impetus for a ball going out your own endzone = safety, you're attributed impetus for a ball going out your oponent's endzone = touchback.

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
Yeah, thinking about it, I can't see a change to the rule that would work. It's just unfortunate the team in possession is punished by loss of possession, whereas the ball going OOB anywhere else gives it back to them. :|
In this case it's exaggerated because of the H2H hit. |

Maybe the Chiefs are putting people off, with him heir apparent to Reid?

There are sensible ways that rule could be changed. Bring the ball back to the 20 with offense retaining possession is one.

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition
The Houston Texans are a pure shit organization. Of course matching Watson with Bienemy would be ideal...but they have completely fuck up everything
