Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Hopefully the actually hire a proven college football coach. Or at least a proven coordinator like Kirby Smart.
In other news De'Anthony Thomas was hurt and on crutches which would be a huge loss for Oregon if its anything long term. |

You know what would be funny is if both Mack Brown and Kiffin get hired by the others respective school. (Kiffin to Texas, Mack Brown to USC). Didn't hear about De'Anthony Thomas, but would definitely be a fairly significant loss for Oregon.

Canes still rolling. 49-21 over South Florida.
Ranked 14th now at 4-0. Next up, a test with 3-1 Georgia Tech.

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Doubt it. NFL teams will go for guys like Boyd or Bridgewater than a proven winner with size and strength questions.
I do think he's a first round talent, but sadly I think Bridgewater, Manziel, Fales, and Renner are better NFL prospects than Murray.

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Yep those would be my choices. Well, to be exact I would pick the SEC winner vs the PAC 12 winner. Stanford and Oregon play soon, so that'll answer a lot of questions.

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
Oh man, was that Maryland score for real?
And that UVA loss was just disgusting. There is no more excuses for Mike London. And the Hokies defense can still shut anyone down. Again locking teams down from Alabama to UNC, if only we had a offense...

Anybody catch the Baylor game? Holy cow they are a monster. 56 points at half time. 369 yards in the 1st quarter. Over 800 yards for the game.

Canes stomped Georgia Tech. 5-0! The Yellow Jackets actually came within 1 point in the early 4th quarter but Miami's D just took over the game....sacks, INTs...domination. Miami outscored them 21-6 in the last 8 minutes or so of the game. 45-30 final. GREAT to see Penn State get embarrassed by Indiana.

Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread
I think Baylor is the best football team in the big 12.
Ditto for Clemson in the ACC. VT has one of--if not the best--defenses in the country. Too bad they don't have a good offense. Could you imagine a team with A&M's offense and VT's Defense?
