However, I think Kirk is going to be looking to win now, which he should given his age. I also doubt Adam Peters will give him a fully guaranteed contract, which I'm sure he'll be looking for. Peters is getting a QB though, I don't think he came here to take chances on any free agent QB.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Probably, although I don't think they have anywhere near the talent at WR that Kirk has had in Minnesota.

If we draft Williams at 2 the sound of me screaming NOOOOOOOOO!!! will be audible on your side of the Atlantic.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
They definitely have skill position talent in Atlanta between Drake London, Pitts, and Bijan Robinson, they just need a coach that can bring out the best in them. Really makes Arthur Smith look bad.

I will trust whatever Peters and Co do. If he is there at 2 there is a very real possibility. The only thing that turns me off is his size, but we have seen plenty of taller quarterbacks fail so …, It is just a refreshing feeling to know Cerrato, Rivera, Snyder, and all the other idiots we have had making decisions are gone. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
What’s so depressing is that this article, if anything, downplayed the level of urgency for each of these positions.
https://commanderswire.usatoday.com/...ason-rankings/ To this we’d probably need to add long snapper, kicker, and WR too. It’s astonishing how RR and crew set this roster backwards. When he took over, the roster was better across the board - and in many areas (eg, OL, CB, and LB) significantly so. RR and crew left our cupboard bare. This isn’t going to be a quick turnaround, I’m afraid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nepo draft. JK - I’d be happy with this too, although I think another LB would be useful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
The more I hear about Maye the less I think I like ... Former long time GM watched a lot of tape and saw him live and compared him to Mac Jones ...
