Newt's negatives within even the GOP are too high. He's in to influence the policy debate and maybe be a VP candidate. No way he wins the GOP nomination. With Huck and Trump out, look for Michele Bachmann to run and show strong.

I think Newt's toast. His donors are walking away and people aren't buying his so called apology. He might last through the summer.
But I love how the Ron Paul thread has morphed into the Newt thread. |
