Patience pays off. He was definitely one of the top options available to us. Nice work Rivera. Way to work that paddle-board.

Happy Birthday!

Def feels good for EB to be in the fold. Should be cool to see who he brings with him as coaches

And when Ron gets fired EB takes over as coach. EB is no dummy.

I'm very pleased about the EB hire. Here he will finally have the opportunity to succeed without anyone suggesting that he wasn't the "real" OC. Welcome to Washington, Eric, and get to work!

I have a theory… after next year New owner makes Ron the GM and Eric takes over as Head coach … just a hunch

Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread

This seems like below a lateral move for EB. The only thing I can figure his reasoning is for taking this job, is to prove his worth for a head coaching job. Because I could probably be the offensive coordinator for the Chiefs with Mahomes, but if he can do some thing with this Washington offense then he would prove to his detractors that he can be a head coach.

It’s basically now for him playing Madden on All Madden difficulty

I hope he succeeds
