Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Yep, if I was forced to trade a Dlineman, it would have to be Matt I. Or Allen who will be FA next year The team proved it played well without him. I hate the thought of this.

I still can't imagine Watson in DC.. I think the talk about it is fun but how do we pull that off? I don't see it

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Watson is great but hasn’t won anything and that’s way too much to give. I offer 3 1st, a 2nd and either Matt I. Or Payne, no more.

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Hard to say Watson isn’t a winner when he’s only 25 and played with a SHiT franchise/ coach his whole career. He has won a playoff game and been to a few. He also played toe to toe with Mahomes. I definitely want the guy but I also don’t want to give up half the damn team for him. Only time will tell I suppose

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Thank you. Exactly. No NFL owner is paying a player that huge a deal and having him force a trade in the first 6 months of that deal, sets a horrible precedent. You let Watson get away with that, EVERY player will be sniveling and rebelling. Bottom line, Watson wanted out he shouldn't have signed the new deal. He did, so he's in Houston. These players are like dumb 8 year olds.

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
We have a new GM, unfortunately our old VP of player personnel was not given the chance.

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Sweat started playing better during the last few games of his rookie season and yes, Young helps.I would consider him and Young untouchable, they are like Manley and Mann.
