LOL.

You think the Heat would let Stan anywhere near that team after Orlando? Let's not even talk about Stan even agreeing to it after what Riley did to him the last time. If he has trouble dealing with a prima donna like Howard, then there is no way in hell he's going to get along with that diva LeBron.

I know the popular thing to do is blast LeBron...but it's time to start holding Wade more accountable (and I like Wade).

Wade has a ring and a Championship MVP trophy from that year. He won the title with less talent. Also, LeBron is the better player (as noted by his MVP trophies) so he's going to shoulder more of the blame, especially considering how his time ended in with Cleveland with him tanking that game 5 against Boston.

That said, I agree, Wade has to play (shoot) better as well, but I think what really kills them is the quality of players surrounding them. They have all that money tied up into 3 players, it's killed any type of chances of getting quality help on that team.

I really dont think either are playing bad, but criticism comes along with job. Their supporting cast is weak, and Chris Bosh is vastly over rated. They need a better PG.

But to me their biggest problem is their attitude and play when facing adversity. Its a reflection of leadership on the team by Bosh, Wade, Lebron and their coaching staff. They look lost and frankly like little bitches when they face a pivotal points in the game.

Wade's post game glasses with no lens look was kind of emblematic of their problems.

i think its leaguewide, thats one of my problems with the NBA these days, the others ive notice: teambuilding ie:Amare Stoudamire's comment the day after he season ends "how he love to see Steve Nash on the Knicks. NY loves Steve Nash" and the other problem: game strategy built around taking Charges on the defensive end. Its become laughable how lame this is, when you see a player driving to the hoop someone slides overs and raises their hands...i mean come on, go for the ball. The flopping and the refs posing to make the call to build some sort suspense "oh is it gonna be a block or a charge"....yeah so ****ing exciting. I mean the influence of Duke basketball is amazing, effing Coach K.

Lol no doubt. They have no heart. Every 50/50 ball went to Boston. Not hustling back on D repeatedly in such an important game? Head scratching...

And what the heck is Spoelstra thinking leaving Bosh on the bench?? Not fair? Huh? Especially with KG eating them for lunch?

Miami has a plethora of problems, and they're all above the shoulders IMO.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs

Talent's not the problem, with or without a perceived supporting cast. If you've got the best player in the game, an arguably top 5 player and a top 15 (Bosh is not overrated... I'd venture to say he's been consistent after a rocky start a few years ago when figuring how how to fit), the collection is way more than enough to get it done. Haslem had 17 boards last night, Chalmers knows how to knock down a 3 and Battier is the glue guy.

Like others have said, the chemistry is off. Defense was their bread and butter during the season, but they're no longer communicating in the fourth. Their offense becomes pass Wade/Lebron the ball when there's 7 seconds left on the shot clock and let's play ISO. It's like the lights seem to diminish their will in crunch time.

If they manage to pull it together in Boston, they can still get to the Finals. LeBron is still the best all around player on the planet. (I do think Durantula has taken the crown as most clutch).

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs

Here's hoping the Heat choke and Lebron is ring-less another year. I think it'd be hilarious if he went his entire career and never won a championship. Unfortunately, I feel like its all just a matter of time before the Heat take it all. But I still feel like Lebron is the NBA version of Romo; constantly choking under pressure.

James is the best player in basketball, and I honestly don't know what more he can do? 30 Ppg 12 rebounds and 8 asst a night! That being said I lost mad respect for him with his whole decision shit so I'm going for Boston as well.

I was a huge fan of Lebron's up until then. But I'm hoping the Celtics or OKC wins.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs

OKC looks unstoppable. They've just dispatched the past 3 WC champs in one playoff run. This looks to be a dynasty (assuming they can re-sign both Harden and Ibaka).
