Glad to be on the other side of dysfunctional ownership.
Tepper is a complete jackass. He is a fucking joke of a person

Re: Around the NFL week 12

Tepper has had 4 coaches since firing Ron, 2 interim as the last two head coaches have been fired mid season. Ron also, hard as it is to believe, has a better record than Carolina over the last four years.

Quote:
Ben Standig -
Tepper fired Rivera in 2019. Next 4 seasons:

Commanders

Overall record: 26-35-1
Playoffs: One
Point differential: -218
Head coaches: 1

Panthers

Overall record: 18-43
Playoffs: Zero
Point differential: -291
No. of head coaches: 4 (2 interim)

Wow, it is starting to look like Tepper is the next Snyder.. In the same report of Reich's firing, apparently Reich and the staff wanted to draft Stroud but Tepper liked Young more so the team drafted Young.

Tepper is already looking for his 3rd coach in 4 seasons.

He's on pace to be even worse!!! If I was a Panthers Cheerleader, I would be running for my life away from that franchise. Wonder if Zorn is interested in a 2nd chance?

I know both owners are jack-asses, but I'm not hiring Reich as a head-coach after being fired back-to-back seasons. Go get someone fresher/younger, is my hope.

Can't always polish a turd, perhaps Young just doesn't have it. Or it's simply too early.

I wouldn't oppose to the idea of Reich coming here as well

He's certainly not inspiring confidence with his track record. Didn't he get canned by the Colts too? He hasn't had any success since his Philly days.
