Re: Republican nominee for President
Just a curiosity exercise. rank order the following 10 items on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the least disconcerting, 10 being the most disconcerting. no more than one tie.
A) Trump calls on Russia to find Hillary's lost emails B) DNC emails shows Democratic leaders actively worked against Sanders C) Trump University D) HC's handling of Benghazi E) Libertarian party has nude man at convention F) Trumps call for building a wall G) HC's speaking fees from big business H) Trumps tweeting I) HC's enabling her husband's womanizing J) Lack of libertarian media coverage I tried to pull things that have stood out to me. I am sure there are others that people feel belong in this list, maybe those can get honorable mentions. or maybe this is a futile exercise. But I am really curious how people prioritize candidate actions. |

Re: Republican nominee for President
I guess it's too hard to just address the craziness that is Trump openly calling on another country to cyber attack our own fucking country? Unreal.
I'd say this latest Trump drama is pretty high on any list we should be concerned with. Also, is he hiding his tax returns because he doesn't want us to know just how deep he is in Putin's pocket?? Is this the guy people would really trust when it comes to national security?? This shit is getting really insane. |

Re: Republican nominee for President
amazing responses, thanks for showing how great our discourse can be.
Does anyone think Trump's statement was more than a very bad attempt at highlighting Hillary's email fiasco? I'm sure Putin said to himself and his comrades, Our great saviour Trump has called on us to search and find Hillary's lost emails, I am now directing all state resources be focused on that. As for his taxes, I'ld use the same line - when the IRS finds Hillary's emails, I'll share my taxes. Hillarious line, is this the guy for national security? Pure political spin because we know Hillary would have trouble passing a security clearance if she weren't who she is. (We know Hillary blew at national security, liberals would love to cast doubt on Trump's so that he wouldn't use her highly questionable activities against her. Standard political playbook) |

Re: Republican nominee for President
Also, these emails were hacked when from Jan 2015(!) to May 2016. Trump may have believed he was going to be the candidate but nobody (ie Putin) thought he was.
Hillary Clinton, and her political machine, is amazing at blowing smoke and creating distractions from her weaknesses. If it were a normal republican running, I bet that she would have a 20 point lead, because she plays deceitful politics better than most anyone(look how she did it to Bernie). It's going to be interesting to watch it play out as Trump openly calls out her campaign lies. Of course, he will name call and be petty, so he will be just as bad. Oh libertarians why can't you just be sane |

Re: Republican nominee for President
Unreal what you guys are willing to look the other way on.
Too bad we can't discuss things without it coming down to "well what about your guy" BS. I'm not pro Hilary as much as I'm anti Trump. I think he's flat out dangerous. Hilary doesn't even have to blow smoke, Trump creates plenty on his own. That's what's scary, he's so brazen and doesn't know when to shut up. |

Trump isn't presidential material...his statement today was beyond asinine.
