Re: Around the NFL...Week 4 Style

after watching Romo tonight, Vick all season, and considering that Eli is much older than Griffin, I like our QB situation better than any of the other teams in our division.

Well in the short term it's hard not to be pretty happy with a QB that has won 2 sbs and looks as good as ever. Eli is still the man n the east for now.

When you say "looks good as ever" your refering to his skills not his actual goofy arse look he has right? His loser expressions made me believe he was not going to pan out. I'll admit I was wrong but he still has the goofy dumb founded look about him.

By the end, even Gruden couldn't make excuses for him. Three of those picks were completely on Romo. I love how Gruden kept making excuses for him until about the fourth interception. The Romo love is just insane.

For sure, but I look at it as would I rather have Eli at this point in his career for maybe 3-5 years or would I rather have a young RGIII for a decade plus? I would take RGIII.

Granted, Eli is still the man in the East until someone else wins a championship and shows up in big games like he has. Vick and Romo don't even enter the conversation for me.

Ill take rg3 over eli tomorrow if i need a qb for one game, one year, or one decade. Eli certainly impressed last year and has had a stellar career (although the first gints pats superbowl i think justin tuck deserved mvp). Giants may have a better team around eli but i believe without a doubt rg3 is the better qb. I dont really take too much stock in how many rings cus its a team sport. Hell trent dilfer aint better than dan marino.
