Around the NFL training camp thread
Quote:
He did have 99 tackles, 4 sacks, and two picks last year. If Young continues on his trajectory it would probably have made sense. Kidding. Sort of. Need to see CY on the field consistently and producing this year! Last edited by punch it in; 08-24-2023 at 04:43 PM. |

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
It's the other guy the Cards traded today that we could have used given our problems with the OL.

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
So he played half his snaps at CB last year? I guess the Cardinals coaching staff were trying to get fired

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
they were using him in the buffalo nickel role . . . nothing they did with him worked . . . wanted him to be an LB, was getting manhandled by everyone . . . moved to to safety and HORRIBLE angles galore . .. moved him to buffalo nickel, whiffed on tackle after tackle and still HORRIBLE angles galore. Coaching staff sure has their work cut out for them. He is a hell of an athlete.

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
Simmons was a monster coming out of Clemson with crazy athletic attributes. Will be interesting to see how he does in NY.

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
Man -- Trey Lance was a cut candidate. A 4th rounder for a guy that couldn't beat out Sam Darnold for the #2 job is pretty generous. Well done, Dallas.

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
If you thought giving a bunch of picks for RGIII was bad, Niners really fucked up!! And both involved the Shanarats!!

Re: Around the NFL training camp thread
Still lost 2 #1's and a 3rd. Let's see what Purdy does as teams get more tape on him.
