This page on this thread is just the most recent example of why this community is so fantastic. Hat tip to MTK (and any other vets) that were the foundation or big parts of the foundation.

Well it’s nice to be back and engaged with the game.
I fully expected ti win that on the final drive.
That’s progress.

If Ertz wasn't Mr. Boring, I think we win.

Kinda crazy our OLine isn't our biggest need.

We need an athletic TE. We need (outside) CB2 and CB3 (assuming we plan on keeping Lattimore for the rest of his contract). Let Mike man the slot.

Drafting Jayden and Coleman in the same draft is looking like a 10+ year solution at QB and LT.

Where is your mock draft? Too early?

Good point. Coleman looked good today - pressure up the gut and to the right. Watt and Hayward will do that to just about anyone.

Lol. Yeah, it's early. While I won't be drafting only DBs this time around, that group will still be well represented. I can commit to you at least 2 secondary choices.

But, I'm going back to being pumped for Jayden and Coleman. I think we have franchise guys at the 2 most important positions on offense. And they got drafted together. That's pretty awesome.

It is never too early for mocks. Failing to plan is planning to fail!

Re: On the Cusp - Post Game Thread

Punch is coming for my Mr. Mock title and I'm here for it. There isn't a better man I'd pass the torch onto.

But Punch has also always been a big mock guy too.

So maybe we just pass the torch back and forth, like hot potato.

I need to add at least 1 WR to my board. Can't trust a man with who's eyes are sealed to catch a punt.

Let’s not forget he had at least 1 dropped pass also.Jayden didn’t have his best game but his receivers failed him,I believe he had at least 4 dropped passes today of very catchable balls

Re: On the Cusp - Post Game Thread

This one was so tough. But damned it's good to be excited about 3rd and 7 and so upset at a tough loss again. it's been a long time since I had those emotions.

It seems as if the Earth is off its axis when Jayden Daniels is missing wide open receivers and failing to outrun a single defender all game. I hope it's the injury, I remain unconcerned.

Just so many dropped passes. And they were not swing passes, those should have been big plays. I keep hearing how McCaffery is getting open, all I see is no production for a month. I'm not ready to bail on a rookie WR but damned we need help there now.

Notice how the run defense improved once Jon Allen left the field? Just sayin'. Defense is much improved, offense struggled but still hung up 27 against a very good defense. Down to their 3rd RT against a player like Watt this could have been uglier

But when you have a 2 score lead in the 2nd half and get 3 turnovers you shoud win a home game. Damn this one stings.
