SOS supersedes head to head. Keep forgetting that. We should be locked into 3rd. Williams, Maye, or Daniels there for the taking
someone will trade up

Easier to trade up from #3. I would throw Jon Allen in a trade package to the Bears for the #1 overall pick.

Would probably take a future one as well though or one of our 2s

Re: AROUND THE NFL WEEK 16

Some bad news the Pats have to win another game or they get pick 3 back. Even though we are behind in sos right now, we play San Francisco and Dallas. Combined records of 21-9. NE plays the Jets and Bills. Combined record of 15-15. NE has to win another game. Dream scenario is cards win and NE wins. We pick second.

Even the cards win they pick before us since we beat them

Head to Head has nothing to do with it - it is based on strength of schedule. If the Cards win we pick before them (They have a much stronger SOS).

Strength of schedule is the first tie breaker.
Head to head is the second tie breaker if SOs are even.

For who? if we are taking a quarterback there is no clear number 1 imo and the 2 OT’s will be there. Harrison Jr ?

To me having any top 5 pick in this draft is almost equal. Maybe even 6 because of Daniels.

So it is based on the easier schedule? Like you must be worse because you lost to shittier teams? It sort of makes sense but they should go to common opponents and head to head first. What says we suck more than you more than losing to you? Getting punished for playing better teams is cold.
Anyway again 1-6 gets you a stud wr, choice of two best LT’s, or one of the top 3 quarterbacks that nobody seems to know who the best one is.

Keim says:

Washington now sits third in draft positioning thanks to New England beating Denver.

Yeah this is crazy. Kelce had a meltdown throwing his helmet in the 2nd quarter, and now they just got called for opi on a 4th down. Mahomes is clearly frustrated and for good reason.

Yes. Losing Orlando Brown Jr. and some of the receivers have also hurt the offense. Think they will have some offensive personnel changes in the offseason. Way too many drops this year.
