Could be an interesting game for them tonight @ KC. New Orleans needs a good showing and a w at Arrowhead would be huge.

If the skins make the playoffs Adam Peters is a LOCK for executive of the year. Probably should be already anyway. As much as everyone else is getting talked about, none of this would be the way it is without him.

Saints are 2-2 and are playing the Chiefs tonight. If they beat the Chiefs I'd probably put them in the same tier the Falcons and Bucs.

Also, I feel that there are a couple of 3-2 teams that are not as good as that record, such as the Bears and the Seahawks. Getting carved up by Danny Dimes at Seattle without Nabers was crazy.

What impresses me most is the improvement from the start. We never saw that with the last regime. The coaching is vastly improved.

No coach takes a team to a SB and comes extremely close to winning like Quinn and not know how to coach. Highly underappreciated coach honestly. Also pretty unique combination of being highly likeable and a great coach. Only Andy Reid comes to mind immediately who possesses this attribute.

Rivera took Carolina to a Super Bowl and almost won.

P-u-u-l-e-e-e-se! You know that isn't a valid comparison. First of all Quinn is able to stay awake during games. Rivera motivated nobody. His choice of assistant coaches was appalling. He had an incompetent GM, i.e himself. Etc., etc., etc.

He worked for Snyder which is a fight you will NEVER win. He was a good coach in Carolina. Just because it didn't work out here for an impossible situation doesn't mean the guy couldn't coach.

good point .. . however i don't think he had a great record in Carolina either. He had a great season and a couple of good ones. The rest sucked!!

I can't imagine how anyone could think the Saints could be contenders with Carr as their starting QB. He is an also ran if I ever saw one.

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

KC wins again which I like giving a conference foe another loss. Never too early to begin playoff position when you are in the mix.

Starting to wonder how many more KC will need to win before talk of an undefeated season starts. I'd say 2.
