So made play offs in all three leagues (two as the first seed) ... going to lose all first round games.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
I'd like to thank the Oakland defense for allowing Jamal Charles to rack up 54 points and put me in the championship for the money.
Andy Dalton, do you have one more in you? My opponent has Peyton Manning but I beat him earlier in the year. I am in the championship in 4 of my 5 teams this year! Aside from my money league...the only one I care about: I just demolished The Don (that Cowboys fan we all hate) in his OWN league to move onto the final in that league. I'm in the title game in our WP league and another one I've been in with the same guys for a decade The other one, I finished 10th out of 12 teams and missed the consolation playoffs even...not sure what happened in that one. That was a Dallas vs. Skins league.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Thanks <sigh>
I go with my gut and not the experts and start Le'Veon over Vereen -> I win. Garrett Hartley makes the two chip shot fields (one was barely more than an XP!) -> I win. I make a bold move that my gut says is right but risky and I bench Alfo for Jordy Nelson or Bell - > I win. I make all the wrong move, leave 20 points on the bench and my luck runs out with my players. - > I lose. I know that sounds like sour grapes but it's not meant to be. I had a solid team and got some lucky plays at the right times through the year. My luck just went south at the wrong time. Matty's team was solid - his and my regular season records could have easily been reversed. In fact, all four of the playoff teams were really good. Each one had three or four studs. It's what makes it FF interesting. GG Matty and good luck next week.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Matty - Jamaal Charles and I are coming for you in the finals! I've enjoyed my 2005, 2007, and 2012 Redskins-style end-of-season streak, but this is the true test. Will the fairy tale end early like those Redskins teams? We shall see.

Do I roll with Foles against da Bears or Cam against the Saints? (Cam had a dud against the Saints a couple weeks ago)

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
I like fred jackson. Hes a great flex option, and I've been utilizing him all year..till I picked up zack stacy as a fa..
Should I go with jay cutler against a hurt eagles secondary, or capt kirk cousins against the worst pass defense in the league? I also have garcon starting......so possibly double points if I start cousins.. |

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Do I dare start Kirk over Andy Dalton for the championship in my money league?
I'm really considering it. Dalton plays the Vikes. Do I? DO I? It would be hilarious if I start Cousins and win over my opponent led by Peyton Manning. I'm just praying he gets the TD record and goes to the bench.
