re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Dear COD,
I'm sorry, it's not you, it's me. I just want more. Sure, we had some good times. But times change, and so do people. Peace, - Mooby

it is funny how a lot of yo uguys are dumping on COD when a lot of the stuff yo uare looking for is in Halo. Halo is a great game, a lot more challenging then COD.

Nothing frustrating about it, just not into the sci-fi type of shooter. I've really tried to like it, just not my bag.

But the multiplayer is pretty spot on and offers IMO a real challenge. not to say COD is a walk in the park. I am with you on the SCI-FI crap as well.

As for Battlefield 3. No one should be surprised. EA gave Dice studios a huge budget for a modern FPS and basically said "beat Modern Warfare." EA Battlefield 3 marketing budget set to blow COD out of the water | Battlefield 3 Today Quote:

Nah. I'm all about military fps, not alien fps. I tried to like it, but again, military > alien.

I know it's not a big title amongst most of you all, but FIFA 12 is released today. Cannot wait.

It's good. If you liked the first two you'll like this one.
