For real, this sounds like a lot of entitled players who expect top-notch accolades for sub-par performance.

Zach Brown's crying

This is why I’m hoping for a new HC along the lines of Gregg Williams. This team needs a serious attitude overhaul. Fuckers whining about putting on pads in practice, bitching about playing time, get the F outta here

As the kids say, 1hunnid.

Zach isn't happy with the scheme and his playing time so he wants out.
You wouldn't see this shit under Gibbs or even Marty but you would see it under Zorn and Spurrier.

You make a good point and overall I agree with it...

But this is a Redskins board, and rn I want to wallow in the pit of misery with my fellow Skins fans. Marinelli can lick my taint and so can the Cowboys.

What this team needs is a defensive oriented HC that will instill discipline and toughness into this team....someone like Dennis Allen or Vic Fangio....

But the organization first must fire everyone in that front office except Eric Shaffer and Doug Williams so they will get the right players...

How to guarantee your team is not tough: have your 2 ILBs be the biggest pansies on the team.

To quote another ILB: Can't win with em.

That's who I want. Put dicks in the dirt and find an OC.

3 things in this life are true: death, taxes, and the Cowboys can go fuck themselves.

Not only do we need a culture change, but we need an attitude adjustment. These guys don't sound like professionals. They sound like a bunch of whiny kids out on the playground. Spoiled millionaires.

It all starts at the top. From ownership down.

Sadly, I agree. A few years ago, he was doing more with less than any other defensive coach in the league.

What has he done? CB coach, not a DC or OC.

He's young and has been part of staffs with good defenses.
