Solid team, I am still not a believer in Leftwich, so I think you could get a QB pickup. See how McNair does first week, see if you can get that.

Your situation is similar to mine, bunch of guys that could be nasty. McAllister is really gonna be your make or break here. He has the clear start, but still really depends on how Bush is used.

Solid WRs and D.

Re: Check my FF team

I'd love to get some RB help. I'm wondering if I could snowball someone into taking B. Leftwich plus an RB for a higher caliber RB.

WR:C.Johnson, Rod Smith, N.Burleson, K.Curtis(sleeper)
TE:A.Gates
K:Rackers
DEF:Tampa Bay, Miami

I need better WR depth, and trying to trade a RB for a WR, but I don't want to part with any of those guys!!

QBs - Obviously Manning (the good one) is the best you could have. I've owned Brees for the last 2 years and loved it, I even started him a lot. He can put up huge numbers and has BETTER WRs in NO than SD.

RB - Tiki is one of the best. I had Parker last year and he was GREAT even with Bettis (except for when he was injured). He should be better this year without the Bus around. Foster's always a question mark, injury-prone and the Panthers always have too many RBs anyways. Good when healthy though. Mike Bell, well any RB who gets playing time in Denver will be a huge success, so if he starts or even splits time, he'll get about 1,000 yards. Overall, a good bunch but if you can upgrade Foster, do it.

WR - Johnson is a good pick. Curtis will be good. Rod Smith and Burleson could be upgraded though.

TE - Good job. Gates is a monster but we'll see if Rivers relies on him as much as Brees did. He should still be one of the better TEs though since SD has weak WRs.

K - Rackers is the BEST fantasy kicker.

DEF - Good picks. Miami should be the better one in my opinion.

You're pretty set, even though I bet if you wanted, Rod Smith would a decent trading chip since Denver is fairly run-oriented and you have other great WRs. I bet Burleson blows up this year.

Re: Check my FF team

I would try to package Dallas Clark in a deal for a better TE. Clark is meh. Watson has huge sleeper potential (HUGE), but if you could aquire a Cooley, a L.J. Smith, or a Heath Miller, that would really help your team. I don't think your RB depth is bad at all, although adding a 4th RB who starts in the NFL to the 3 you already have couldnt hurt. Someone with upside like a Frank Gore could work well.

You certainly have WRs to deal in trades.

WRs are SOLID. Good job.

TEs are pretty good. Cooley is your man, Troupe is an adequate backup but you should never start him over Cooley.

Kicker is ok. Not the best but you could do worse.

Defense may be a question mark. Arizona was actually a GREAT fantasy defense last year, better than they were in real life. Dallas...we'll see. Tough division and a lot of new faces. Keep an eye on both of their fantasy performances and play Arizona when Dallas plays the Skins or Giants.

Overall a pretty good team.
He's right. I'd start Brunell over Plummer as long as Brunell is healthy regardless of matchup.
