Re: Dallas Post-Game Thread

It was an ugly win but still a win. 4-2 and leading the NFC East after 7 weeks. D looks good, especially the run d. Held Zek to 33 yards. Jay schemed people open all day and Smith just missed them.

Smith looks hurt to me. His legs do not seem right. He looked as slow as a manning. He missed a wide open Sprinkle. He air mailed the pass in the end zone. It does not seem like he has his base when throwing.

The o-line was back together and played well. AP was incredible, but you can tell he doesn't have the break away speed.

Reed is our best weapon and he has four targets.

Philly losing put a cherry on top of our win.

No win is an ugly win as long as there are no beautiful losses. You may quote on that.

Re: Dallas Post-Game Thread

Trent Williams asked what he was thinking when the last-second Dallas field goal smacked the crossbar: “You really want to know what I was thinking? I was thinking about Rich [Tandler], man.” #Redskins

Fuck yeah. Skins also gave the game ball to rich tandlers wife. Nice

RIP Rich

You can have good QB play and gaudy numbers, but if that doesn't translate to W's, it doesn't mean shit. It's plain and simple.

I think everyone on the offense needs to improve, the drop off in WR talent after PRich and Crowder, is ridiculous. Alex, needs to get off whatever funk he's been. And I think Gruden needs to just call better plays.
That's why i call him Trent Dilfer. Now if Maher makes the FG and the Cowboys make a comeback and win then what? QB play needs to improve quickly, we have been lucky in 3 wins this season.

We can’t forget that we’ve been without Thompson and Crowder the last two weeks, and Richardson today. Getting those guys back will help.

Re: Dallas Post-Game Thread

I feel like the offense is close to having a breakout game. A few of the passes to our WRs were just long (better than too short) and with better speed in PRich and Crowder, they’re probably catches. It just feels like we are close to clicking on the longer routes which, once it happens, will open the running lanes even more for AD (man, you have to love his passion for the game). A few guys come back healthy next week, I hope.

Man, besting those Dallassholes is so sweet. Have a nice flight back, fellas. I hope that “doink” resonates inside your heads the whole way back to that soulless, crap city and that you have to face the jowly glare of that Emperor Palpatine clone of an owner there for the rest of the week.

The cowboys are hanging out in DC according to Nance and Romo during the game.
