Re: Metta World War

Did you even need to ask if this was intentional or not? ...lol

This was just as intentional as his romp into the Palace stands to pound on a couple fans. You can tell Hardin was coming back to get the in-bounds pass, Metta Dummy feels his presence and THEN he swings the elbow.

I would sit this assclown down for the rest of the playoffs, and tack on another 30 games just to make this jerkoff realize this stuff doesn't fly. This isn't his only infraction, and I could care less how "good" he's been the past 2 years. His past and current action demands the penalty be harsh.

Re: Metta World War

There is nothing to debate really. If anybody says that they can't see this being intentional then they need to get their eyes checked.

Only thing up to debate really is how long the suspension should be.

Re: Metta World War

Funny thing is when kids take fade away shots in the driveway or playground they yell "Kobe" or "Jordan." Now when kids throw elbows it'll be followed up by "Metta World Peace."

The only people I've seen really defending it are Lakers fans. Saying that Harden is an in game headcase, and a trash talker. He got in Artest's way and whoops.

For the record, I think it looks intentional, the dude has some major issues to work out and reminds me of a modern day Spreewell, but someone's gotta play devil's advocate FRPLG started in that direction and backed off a little. lol

LOL @ 7 games. Stern knows what's best for the playoffs (ie, a competitive Lakers team).

Re: Metta World War

Here is a video they probably won't take down. When you watch slow-mo it doesn't seem as bad, but Harden bumped Artest and he got pissed. That kind of elbow could cause serious and permanent damage. 7 games is a joke IMO. I don't care what the league was like in the past. Harden should press charges too.

I'm a big Laker fan and it was without a doubt intentional.

All NBA players talk trash. Doesn't mean they should get hit in the head. Thats street mentality.

Not directly to you personally, DR.

Just ask Rudy Tomjanovich.

Actually, someone did!
