It's popular in college this year all of a sudden. Every team has a #0 now. Never saw it before this year, they must have opened it up with a new rule. Some teams even use it was a weekly award, but in Dwayne's case, it's the only number he should be allowed to wear.

He may have had the talent to be at least a backup for someone, but he was an immature jerk who got himself in trouble off the field constantly, so no one wanted to deal with him. I was actually surprised Jerry Jones didn't go after Manziel though.

I think this punishment is not serious enough.
40K is nothing to a pro athlete. And do you think Haskins honestly cares that he doesn't get to wear his little "C" on the uniform? I felt that Ron should have suspended Haskins for the remainder of the season. Then next season, deal him or cut him. The sooner he is gone from here, the better.
