I'm just saying, if this team fails, it will be largely due to the offense not producing. He was supposed to come in here and change that with all the weapons we have. If he isn't a difference maker, no reason to think he will remain on the staff in any capacity.

Because Mallory is faster and better. We know EB covets the position. I hope one of those guys pans out if we do not go TE today but i think our TE room is underwhelming at best.

Well if Howell shits the bed that isn’t on EB, and if he doesn’t shit the bed than our O will most certainly be better than last years. How could it not be? Either way EB will not be responsible.

Re: NFL Draft Thread

I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. I think Ron and company made a very good pick in Braeden Daniels. He has big upside due to his exceptional quickness and his obvious intelligence. He could have easily gone in the 3rd Round. Just feed him a few extra Big Macs, coach him up a bit and turn him loose on the opposing defenses. How'd I do on this one, Chief?

I hear ya. I just think it's wishful thinking that the new owner group will retain him as the HC if the offense doesn't improve.

You're fine KI. I know you're being a smartass, and that's cool.

I'm not going to get into the game of 'this guy should have gone here' etc... My point all along has been none of us know 1/100th of the information RR and Company has, nor do we have the expertise to evaluate any of these picks.

You do you man... I'll give my evaluation of all these picks this time next year.

Because none of those guys are setting the word on fire and until you have the guy at a position, you keep raking shots

Re: NFL Draft Thread

I'm just glad they have addressed the most glaring need this offseason - the O-line, with Gates, Wylie, Stromberg, Daniels - so far.
