Our run game is gonna suffer if we are starting in shotgun every play because Smith isn't mobile enough to even step back from the pistol. And even out of shotgun he's still getting flustered. It's going to get super 1 dimensional. I mean.....it already has. Not to mention Smith may get very very very hurt.

I agree. Look at the sample from last week. He came in and played really well. If Alex is limping and that immobile, may be the best move.
