Re: Fantasy Tips
I have bee very intrested in fantasy football but I have never leaned how to play and it seems time comsuming but really intresting. Do you FF players think this trend will die out or will it be a here for the long run? If so I am ging to give it a crack next season.

It's not very time consuming if you only have one team. You check the FAs who did well this week and decide if they're worth replacing a bench player, pick who starts, and then it's just letting what happens on Sunday happen.

As for the guy who asked about LT vs. Torain, he must have been satisfied either way.

Re: Fantasy Tips
I'm having the worst luck in my money league. 12 team league. 5 different weeks I've had the second most points of any team...and I'm 0-5 those weeks because my opponent had the most points

Re: Fantasy Tips
Dude I'm 0-7 in our money league here. Drafting Favre and Ryan Matthews killed me.
But on the plus side I'm 6-1 in my work league. |

Re: Fantasy Tips
I'm picking up a back up TE for Cooley when he goes on bye next week.
Do I go with Donald Lee or Greg Olsen? |

Re: Fantasy Tips
I think it suffices to say that Arian Foster has destroyed Maurice Jones-Drew this season.

Re: Fantasy Tips
Would you trade Ochocinco and McFadden for Fred Jackson, Garcon, and Mike Williams?

No, I wouldn't do that. Ochocinco's value may decline in the second half, but McFadden can be a TD machine the way that Oakland's line is blowing people off the ball right now, and Garcon is the least dependable of all the Colts receivers. I'd do it if Collie was in there perhaps, but the way the trade is structured, the side that is receiving the 2 players can also add a guy off of waivers who is as good as Garcon or Jackson depending on how big the league is.

Re: Fantasy Tips
Don't know if I make that trade. That's a tough one though. You have to factor in Manning's new TE as a target that could steal a few receptions from Garcon and McFadden is definitely coming on.

I see the trade as the following: A stinker(Ocho) for a stinker(Jackson) and a so-so guy(Garcon) A monster(McFadden) for a pretty good WR(Williams) You're probably better off dropping and replacing Ocho so that someone else succumbs to the temptation of starting him and get burned by it. I was a victim, although the dropper probably didn't plan on it.
