I'm embarrassed to admit I have tried twice on the Wire and it just doesn't draw me in. I am a purveyor of good shows like that and it is simply the one critically loved show I can't get into. I keep thinking I'll try again.

I watched all 13 episodes of the Wire season 1 over the weekend. I'm starting season 2. Really liked most everything about it.

Season 2 is a big shift from season 1. Some people hate it, others love it. Just keep an open mind. On another note I've been watching Justified. Not sure how this show slipped under my radar for so long but I'm really liking it. Just finished up the first season and a few into season 2 now. |
