2024 Commanders Off-Season Thread
Khaleke Hudson to the Saints. He never seemed to be able to get PT beyond special teams.
Our LB situation is so different - Davis is the only holdover I think. And it had only one direction to go. The OL, LB, DE, and QB positions will be entirely or nearly entirely made over. Crazy. Cosmi isn’t wrong. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Secondary needs a makeover too. If Forbes and BSJ aren’t correctable with different coaching it will be an entire one….we should come away from the draft with a Corner and Safety. |

Can’t disagree although coaching was so bad I have to think they could be a bit better, whereas the OL and LB spots in particular had very little talent last year. This draft is supposed to be deep for OL, QB and CB, which is a relief given the depth of need. It’s hard to overstate how bare a roster Rivera left behind. Like Cerrato level bad. Re: 2024 Commanders Off-Season Thread
so Washington hired Dave Gardi as the team’s senior vice president of football initiative
https://m.imdb.com/name/nm13003652/b..._=nm_ov_bio_sm Sounds like a guy who knows the business of football, but also a name we fans will never hear again Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk |

https://www.commanders.com/news/wash...ll-initiatives He certainly has a good pedigree. 2 things came to my mind 1) Is there a reason he's not advanced up the league office ladder (he's been there a while)? Is this therefore a sideways/change of scenery move for him? 2) Someone should proofread these releases better - "Gardi is married to his wife, Michele, and they have two children Chase and Grayson." OK, it's picky, but who else is he going to be married to other than his wife? 😁 |

You thought his husband was named Michele? 😉 I guess he did give his kids surnames as first names... 🤔

Re: 2024 Commanders Off-Season Thread
I would draft a CB in the top 4 rounds every year personally. Safety should be a priority as well probably. Team has so many needs.

Not surprising, because everyone and their mom's have a podcast, but just came across John Keim's today.
