AGAIN i keep saying this if RR and company wanted to be here and respected all they had to FUCKING do was beat the winless Bears and the hapless Giants; we be 5-3 with two solid performances against the Eagles

Those 2 losses buried the coaching staff and caused this two trades today

He will have better coaching and more motivation and be with a better defense scheme and talent wise. He will thrive and they will be hailed as geniuses in fleecing the skins yet again. Barring injury, that is.

Toohill now needs to be re-signed like yesterday. Him, Henry, Jones, and JSW should be decent enough until the off-season. I think Toohill can be a full time starter next season. Need to add a top tier type guy though.

Re: Trade deadline approaching...

Can't wait til we play week 17 if he's still Healthy and get like 7 sacks on us. Furthering the piss poor luck and the national mockery that is this team this year.

Empty ass stats.. No game changing plays. He beats up on the Giants and Bears line but is a ghost against the Eagles. He never lived up to the hype.

Re: Trade deadline approaching...

Bad trade. But it tells you that nothing else was on the table right before the deadline. Them getting what they could for I can respect. He's such a jag and easily duplicated, atheist at this current point.

He'll crush it on the whiners, but, he wasn't going to that here this season and loafed way too many plays for me.

Best of luck, bye felicia.

Re: Trade deadline approaching...

It's a better staff and better team and has been for a long time. Players want to play for a winner and Trent was such it's own situation it's not even comparable. It was the FO dumb decision to get raked over the coals for him...

Chase just needed to be dealt and they were the only suitors. Of course they'll get more out of him. They'll use him in ways del Rio couldn't even dream of.

Re: Trade deadline approaching...

First off .. we have one of the worst D in football .. so losing these two can’t make us any worse this year .. in fact if we do get worse then it helps in draft picks .. the season was indeed over after the Bears laid 40 on us .. the nail was Giants loss ..
Ron and entire staff are gone .. if Young was worth more then why didn’t someone step up ?? No team in the Entire league offered a 2cnd for him … that should tell you !
I’m happy that the change is taking place .. the end of season can’t get here quick enough …

Washington is done with trades. Two big moves though have shaken up their D.

Re: Trade deadline approaching...

Good insight from JP:

@JPFinlayNBCS
I get the Chase compensation seems low, but there are questions with that knee. The 49ers are looking for a title run right now, not a long term deal, so will approach this differently.

Can't see it happening, but it would be funny if they can't get him to sign a deal and he comes back here as an FA. 🤣
