Find a bullet, we'll agree it's a bullet wound, mkay?
Oh good lord man!
They are "MEDICAL Personnel" ,they were there and examined the boy, you on the other hand can say they are wrong based on nothing more then you don't like what they said.

GRANTS PASS, Ore. - An Oregon man told police he was using his assault rifle as a crutch to help him get up from a couch at a friend's apartment when it fired a burst through the ceiling and killed a little girl upstairs, court records show.
A police affidavit said Jon Andrew Meyer Jr. told investigators the gun went off accidentally June 27 at the Grants Pass apartment, the Grants Pass Daily Courier reported.
Defence lawyer Gary Berlant adds Meyer had been assured the gun was not fully automatic.
Meyer is being held on $250,000 bail on charges of manslaughter, assault and unlawful possession of a machine-gun.
Authorities say he was responsible for the reckless burst of rifle fire that killed 5-year-old Alysa Bobbitt of Shady Cove and wounded apartment resident Karen Hancock. The girl and Hancock were upstairs in the same apartment as Meyer.
The little girl and her mother were visiting friends there, but just what Meyer was doing in the apartment with the rifle was unclear. Court records say his fiancee had kicked him out of her place, getting a restraining order, and he listed his current residence as his sister's home.
Meyer listed his occupation as lead bouncer at a Mexican restaurant, where he has worked for two years.
Though his fiancee, Victoria Kohout, told authorities that Meyer was a "big teddy bear," her June 20 petition for the restraining order described him as an "unpredictable drug addict" who had threatened her with a gun, and threatened to burn down her house, slash her tires and break the windows on her car. The judge noted in the file that Meyer had four guns.
Lori Nelson, who lives down the block, said she was startled by the noise of gunfire, and saw Meyer running down the driveway. Then she heard screaming and saw Danielle R. Wilson, Alyssa's mother, come outside holding the child in her arms.
"She looked up at me and said, 'Please, help my baby," Nelson said.

Dumbasses like this deserve a lot of jail time and should never ever be allowed to own a gun again.

They were probably basing their statement off experience and common sense. But since you asked hur ya go mmkay

As a responsible gun owner there is nothing more idiotic anyone can do with a gun than shoot it off aimlessly into the air. Wonder if there's any chance they ever find the shooter.

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Henderson County Sheriff's Department are investigating the deaths of a father and son who were killed in a house fire that reportedly started after the accidental discharge of an AR-15 rifle, Sunday.

"Any loss of life is tragic, when a child looses their life it hit the community hard," said Sheriff Brian Duke of the Henderson County Sheriff's Department. " There was maybe an accidental discharge of the weapon from there we haven't really determined how the fire started but that is what State Bomb and Arson officials are looking into."

Witnesses told investigators that the father, Terry York, 48, was inside the back room of his home showing a friend the AR-15 rifle when it accidentally fired. Family members told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News that the gunfire immediately ignited a small fire inside of the home.

Dad Sticks Up for Guns on Facebook Hours After Toddler Shoots Himself

Just hours after Brian Holbrook's 3-year-old son fatally shot himself with a gun that was improperly stored inside a bedroom closet, the Michigan dad took to his Facebook page to affirm his continued support for guns.
Police in Dundee say the toddler was wandering around his own home when he stumbled upon the gun inside a case on the floor of an unlocked bedroom closet.
The weapon, which belongs to Joshua Michael Greenhill, a family friend who had been living at Holbrook's two-story residence, was reportedly loaded, and had a bullet in the chamber.
Three other children, including Holbrook's two other children and Greenhill's son, were inside the home when Damon accidentally shot himself in the head.

This is the fault of the parents neglect.

OSHKOSH — The woman accused of shooting her Walmart coworker was upset the victim was moved to an easier job in the liquor department, court documents reveal.
The possible motive and other details of the shooting Wednesday inside the Neenah store were laid out in a criminal complaint filed Monday in Winnebago County Court against Justine Boyd. The 46-year-old Greenville woman, who is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, appeared in court Monday for a bond hearing that was postponed until today so Boyd could apply for a court-appointed attorney.

Agree 100%. People like this should be banned from owning guns ever again. I'm all for the 2nd amendment; however, when you've shown that you don't understand gun safety or demonstrate sensible care in owning one, you should lose that right.

Meanwhile, New York gun control takes another life.

Woman found stabbed to death in Bronx apartment

http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=news/local/new_york&id=9214376

BELMONT (WABC) -- Police are searching for the killer who fatally stabbed a woman inside an apartment in her Bronx building.

The victim, about 55 years old, was found dead in another apartment on the floor where she lived on East 187th Street in the Belmont section.

Her identity has not yet been released. Investigators say she had been stabbed several times.

"I feel bad because she was a real good person. I mean she didn't bother anybody. I mean I rarely saw but when I did, she was OK," said a neighbor, Roseann Delvalle, who added that the woman lived alone.

Police found the victim's body in a pool of blood at about 5:45 Wednesday morning.

Thanks to gun control, only criminals have guns for "shootings" in that neighborhood. Let's make sure fights between criminals and victims remain "fair" with just fisticuffs and knives.

No giantone, I was pointing out that obviously she wasn't able to use a gun to defend herself.

At a time we bemoan that getting a picture ID is too large a hurdle for people to vote, it's not wrong to point out the hurdles required to get a gun for self defense contribute to cases where a victim dies because they lack the means to defend themselves.

To put it another way: How did helping render this woman defenseless, help protect you against violent crime?

Gun control advocates should take responsibility for disarming law-abiding people. Their policies failed this woman.

Dallas man arrested after 8-year-old boy shot Tuesday night at a Lake Highlands apartment complex | Crime Blog

NRA gun control polices at work???Gotta Love Texas

Staff Writer Lucy Sosa reports: A Dallas man has been arrested in connection with the shooting of an 8-year-old boy in the jaw Tuesday evening at a Lake Highlands apartment complex.
Brian Cloninger, 46, was charged with injury to a child. He remains in the Dallas County jail on a $2.2 million bond.
The boy, identified as Donald Maiden, Jr., was shot in the parking lot of La Bella Palms apartments in the 9400 block of Royal Lane near Abrams Road. Witnesses told police Cloninger had been seen waving his gun at people before the shooting, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
A resident at the apartment complex went outside after hearing the gunshot. The boy bleeding was profusely, and Cloninger was standing beside his silver pickup truck. The man asked whether Cloninger shot the boy, according to police reports.
“Yes I shot that kid,” Cloninger told the witness, according to the arrest warrant.
Maiden remains in critical but stable condition after undergoing surgery at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, according to Dallas police.
Family friend and neighbor Dundra Moffit said Maiden is “doing fine.”
