CHILL

- I like how everyone assumes we would have made the long kick and found a way to win in OT...

- Gentlemen, this was a stupid game against a stupid dirty team coached by a coach with a stupid mustache in a stupid dome. And the whole thing was reffed by friggin idiots... let it go.

My giddiness level remains at 100%. There's no crying in the RG3 era.

Yes. I think I can describe the reason
for this loss in one word- stupidity.

I don't mind him on the roster, but he's not a starter.
Usually in that situation players are coached to get out of bounds to stop the clock. I have him as one of our best receivers even though he made a costly mistake yesterday.

This is actually a concern of mine until I see him catch a deep pass. That should be a routine play. This is the second time in two games that I didn't like his adjustment to the ball in the air on the deep pass. He has got to correct that yesterday.

I like everything else about his game but one of RG3's strengths is his deep pass decision making and accuracy. I feel like we let Armstrong go (who was a deep pass specialist) because we liked Robinson.

In that situation players also are coached to go and get the doggone first down.

Yes, he should have got the first down instead but he was thinking "I need to get out of bounds to stop the clock" because we were running hurry up offense with a minute to go in the game.

Re: Release Josh Morgan or else....

Who is the bigger goat. Josh Morgan or Rob Gronkowski?

He not only was flagged for holding at the end of the game, which negated a TD, but he also jumped offsides right before the last min FG miss. ESPN is calling out Morgan (I know he is an idiot) but no mention of Gronkowski.

That is kindy crappy of ESPN. But in Gronk's defense he's a probowl player who's proved it. Morgan will never see a probowl.

There's a big difference between holding/offsides and letting a d*ckhead get under your skin. I think retaliating to a POS player will get more press than typical football mistakes.

One of the top 3 receivers in the nfl let cortland finnegan get under his skin too- when Andre johnson beat the sh*t out of him in 2010.

You don't know that. Same thing was said about Carlos Rogers.

True, and it's not like Morgan is known as being a hot-head. He's a pretty laid back guy. He lost his cool, and the refs were letting way too much stuff go after the whistle. Shit happens. Let's hope Morgan learns from it and uses it as motivation going forward to redeem himself.

I hate to say it, but I would have eventually lost my cool as well. Just so much you can take and these players would have needed nerves of steel. Which is why I continue to be so impressed with Robert Griffin III.

Josh Morgan is a good player and definitely not a hot head. I've followed him since his college days. He's a solid player. He'll bounce back. I bet down the road, he majorly redeems himself and this thing will be ancient history.
