I totally agree. Lol. I was into the results and that was about it, but absolute no desire to actually watch it. I must be missing what the rest of the world sees. Id rather watch a pitcher throw over to first base. So fucking boring.
Edit: sorry French! For what its worth i was rooting for France! Just not watching because there was a hairball blowing around in the empty lot across the street and it was super interesting!

Haha no worries, I have no interest in soccer either. I would never watch a game alone.
I watched 2 games this year: the semi final and the final. Because I was with friends at the time and I like seeing people shout and cry and jump and climb onto roofs or into fountains to cheer the crowd up or stuff like that.

When I was 8 I scored i hat a hat - trick. After that I never thought about, watched, or cared about Soccer again. My brother was a real good player. Played at the Cuse.

anyone be watching the world cup in qatar? crazy hours for us unfortunately will have to watch a lot of the games on replay. think canada could be a dark horse in the group stages. probably the only time having a world cup over thanksgiving should be good.

United States blew an opportunity for three points yesterday. Giving up a late goal and getting atie versus a team they should've beat. Not as bad as Argentina's loss this morning though.

Side note: I saw the coaching staff for the US team wearing black shirts that just said "STATES" on it. So stupid way to show the world we aren't even united right now and 50 separate entities bitching at each other.
