The real question is whether the BAs role minimizes the dysfunction or amplifies it. Last I checked DW's role involves trying to put the best pieces together with input from coaching/scouting/etc. Sure you have meetings, notes, briefings, but getting called to the principal's office isn't something that is going to bring in high level GM talent. |

I'd rather see Bruce go and see how that changes things then Gruden is it does not improve. Instead of dumping the cart and starting over.

Totally different dynamics from year to year. It's painfully obvious Cousins is the better player. Keenum is a journeymen lower tier starter. Kirk is next level down from the elite starters.
