Here is the names team.

Ovie Oghoufo sounds like he plays hockey with a spear.

No man, you got it all wrong Jamf. You can't go by the name. You go down to pre race and watch the horses. If you see one take a 10lb dump followed up by about a 3 gallon piss (it has to be in that order). You bet every cent you got on that baby.

He is not making nearly what he would make in the nfl. It is peanuts compared to what the number one pick will make.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread

I almost fucked around and didn't post a mock today, my bad Jamf. I know you can't get your Friday night glitty party started until you see a SD mock lol.

And I can do what I want and draft Jayden Daniels at No. 2 in 99% of my drafts, but that is boring af. Gonna get an undefeated QB instead.

Sam Howell can't cover every hour at JiffyLube so I got him a co-assistant manager.

Traded back with the Pats and picked up their first and second next year. This would make me eternally hard.

Lets say Chicago takes Caleb and the Pats like Maye - we trade back one spot - nobody can move ahead of us and we take JD at 3 and pick up extra draft picks.

i know folks get worked up about this but JD5 played in the SEC; he was playing legit teams

The PAC 12 and ACC its just not the same level

JD5 isn't going past pick 3; so trading down and still getting him is a pipe dream but one way to look at it is if you take him at #2 you didn't waste any draft stock trying to reach for #1

Traded back again, got Pats second next year and wound up with 8 picks in the top 100 and JD at 7.

Didn’t we have this conversation. Lol. Please don’t make me research the starting quarterbacks by conference again. Haha.
BTW the ACC was 6-4 vs the SEC this year. You are making it seem like the other power 5’s are D-2’s.

Also I know Mahomes didn’t maybe have the same buzz around him coming out but he did go at 10. Maybe they will find out JD smoked a joint or something and he will fall to us in a trade back.

It certainly feels like those 3 going 1-2-3 but im gonna dream we get our quarterback and pick up extra draft capital until it doesn’t happen.

Here is my keep Sam draft.

I feel like the first 8 picks would be starting on arrival.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread

His film is insane, kid is deadly accurate downfield too. I was all in on Maye but now I’m fine with Jd5.

That’s also if Caleb goes 1 of course

The idea of a quarterback who can evade pressure and throw accurately anywhere on the field while doing so should have everyone excited. He is 6-4 and 210. He surely will bulk up a bit without going full JaMarcus Russell. Lol.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread

I will say that JD is growing on me. I have no idea how it will all shake out, but the likelihood of Caleb, Drake and Jayden going 1-2-3 (not necessarily in that order) is pretty high. Could go that way with trades, or no trades... either way I hope we get their #1 target, whoever that may be.
