50 years since this hit the air on the old FM stations.He is touring this year and only sings it on anniversaries ,I'm getting ready to go up in the fall.

I am currently cranking jack Johnson in the office. Guilty pleasure, when i am down he picks me up.
also cranking the specials - enjoy yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sweVzv2HmEo I am trying to find this soul/ska band out of new orleans, i thought their name was The Desmonds but i cant find them anywhere. i just herd one of their songs on wtmd so i think they are starting to get play nationally on the alt rock public access/college stations. i did find this college jam band The Desmond Kingsley Band above who sound pretty damn good. |
