Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I’d definitely kick the tires on Vrabel. He had underwhelming Titans teams over perform.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Titans list 2 games in OT by FG .. they lost 2 more games by 5 total points .. they could have been 10 win team if not for that .. I'm not sure you fire 2021 coach of year over this season ( add in they beat Jax last game) .. He will be hired quickly and do well .. I predict he will be first coach hired ... Atlanta most likely..Chargers could use him .

Yes, Marlon, but you didn't win and you're not. Vrabel was around .500? Big deal. Let an owner who is satisfied with finishing around .500 hire him. |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
You got Vrabel sitting out there you have to bring him in for an interview. My take on Vrabel is he was working for a cheap organization and had an average to below average QB. Yet he still had some really good years there. He got a lot out of those teams. That to me is the sign of a really good coach. How the hell do you not resign AJ Brwon and expect to be a better team? He'd be on my list right away. He is probably the best guy out there.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
We will see how this plays out ...this ownership has one shot at this ..the bringing in the next latest greatest coordinator with No head coach experience with a rookie QB sounds like a lot of wishing and hoping ..with my Vrabel comment I'm seeing where the TOP football minds believe he is the top guy available right now as head coach .. I would be very excited to see him come here .. but that's just my opinion ..

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I don't know. He's the best offspring from the Belichick tree, and he's barely over .500. He did get them to the playoffs 3 of 6 years, and is 3-3 (and one game away form the big one in 2019). But they've declined over the last 2 years and seemed to lose their identity since 2021. Is it the coach or the owner/GM? How did they let AJ Brown go?
Certainly interview him but is he the best available? |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Basically The Tennessee ownership gutted the team and Screwed Vrabel over. lots of info out there about what went down .
Good thing is It looks like Peters is the front runner for GM . |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Seems like it’s really about the right combination of GM-HC-QB, not just the “best” in each category. I would love to start with Peters and then trust him to create that combination. No reason Vrabel couldn’t end up being the guy. Kyle Shanahan had a losing record here, so what?

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I'd only look at the success active coaches have had since leaving Washington anyway, not while they were here. Everyone who's been through those doors since Snyder came on the scene should have an * after their stats for those years, even Ron.

Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Sure, but crappy situations happen in other places for a variety of reasons. Have to look at more than W-L
