WFT vs. the bye week thread

No teams are in constant season long evaluation mode. They are always prepping for the next opponent. Nobody has the time to pour over game film from week 1 when you're getting ready for a week 9 game. Should they be prepping for the draft now too?

It isn’t about going back to week one during week 9. Hopefully you did your week one work back than. The statement he made is a very blanket statement. “We haven’t evaluated anything from first 8 weeks”. Huh? Even if Ron somehow made me understand that statement it falls directly under things u dont say when you are as bad and seemingly unprepared as we are.
I know that the primary focus during the season is the upcoming game after Mondays film session but Matty you are telling me as a HC that is it? You are not evaluating your team as you go? Not thinking about roster moves, or changes, or anything else? It rings extremely oblivious to me.
I want a HC who is constantly evaluating his team. Constantly looking at strengths and weaknesses and dead weight and free agents and everything all the time. Ron has plenty of time to plan for the upcoming game while evaluating the team. Im sorry if he doesn’t than gtfo.
