Re: Official 2013 NCAA College Football Thread

So a college "simulated knee" would negate these plays?

Look at the confusion this stupid rule can cause:

Donof is right...the real issue was was refs not making a call either way. It HAD to be either a fumble or delay of game on the D, although the only reason they laid on it so long was because the refs didn't make a call either way.

I initially just saw the QB lay the ball down without taking a knee, which I'd call a fumble.
Exactly, that's BS.

And yes, I agree, the Refs should have called something. But all this wouldn't have happened had this kid of just taken a knee. It wasn't like there was 2,3, 5, 7, 10 seconds left. There was almost 20 seconds left 19 to be exact. Why be so fast and cute about a knee what are you accomplishing doing that?

You know what, the more I think about it, he and his team deserves to lose for doing the fast knee. Lesson learned for that QB. If you have to use instant replay to see a freaking kneel down, then you don't deserve to win.

Nor would I, but we know Saban isn't loyal to his teams and he loves new challenges.

People say the best conference is the SEC, why not have Saban leave it and beat it?

Despite not being needed much today, I have to once again say this kid is a beast...

(especially since I took this picture after a 37-0 beat down of wvu)

Diggs is going to be a very high draft pick in a year.
