Baker seems to have found a home, good for him.

CJ Stroud is the real deal.

Kenny P Is BAD

Mayfield's shoulder is healthy. Kid usually plays pissed too. He's extra motivated by Cleveland dumping him for Watson. Always thought Cleveland gave up on him way too early.

Baker and Geno are good examples of not giving up on QBs so quickly. Some guys just need more time to develop, and some just need a better scheme fit.

Yep and both were drafted by shitty franchises

Baker could be the next Tannehill. A guy who sucks for his original franchise and takes a few years to develop into a quality starter.

He sucked when he was hurt. He was fine when healthy. He nearly beat KC in the divisional playoffs with the Browns. Browns got screwed in the game by the refs too. He's healthy now.

Carroll fleeced Denver for Wilson and now has Geno playing quite well. Seattle is well rounded and Geno fits the system well there.

I’m shocked at bad Russ has played.
He was on the way to the hall of fame before the trade.

His stats are not that bad though:

89/132 1,014 yds, 9 TDs, 2 INTs, 64.7% completion. I think the Broncos have bigger problems than Russ IMO.

He's really lost a lot of mobility. Still think Payton gets his own franchise qb soon other than Wilson. His tenure is off to a rough start in Denver barely in comeback fashion beating Chicago.

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

Are OLs a factor in all this? Seems a number of teams are really struggling with pass Pro in particular; Giants, Panthers, Jets of note. Has there been a weakness in OL coming out of college or is it attrition in the Pros?

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

Watching the Jags London game, the Jags have arguably far less talent than us on D but just kept the Bills in check for 80% of the game. Shows how much good coaching matters...
