I want my 3 points!

Ok I am down two points going into tonights game. The other guy is done he has no one left to play.

I can either start Fred Davis, Devin Thomas, or S. Moss.

Who should I start??????

This will get me in the finals which gtd's me at last $200 (2nd place prize).

Fred Davis is probably the safest bet

Re: I want my 3 points!

My thoughts also. I need like two catches for ten yards.

Re: I want my 3 points!

Fred Davis for sure.

On a side note, that stupid 60 yard screen pass that AP caught in garbage time last night sunk me in the league I commish. I'm so pissed!!

Re: I want my 3 points!

I need 30 yards out of Quinton Ganther tonight to propel me to the finals. I'm good, right???

Amazing how being down even just a few points going into the Monday Nighter makes you panic!

Re: I want my 3 points!

Haha that last minute screen pass gave me a dying chance.

I have Devin Thomas and Justin Tuck vs. Tynes -16. Basically need Tuck and Tynes to match, and DT to get 16. We get return yards too.

I think you go with Moss. Davis is going to alot of attention due to his recent outstanding play and I think the knee jerk is to go with him, but the Giants have noticed it as well. I have a feeling tonite is going to be ugly and low scoreing much like the Dallas game several weeks ago. Thomas has not shown the consistency, so he is out. Moss, imo, is more experienced and think he will preform better on the big stage tonite. Could even FINALLY get some punt returns. The Gaints corners have been getting killed lately, I feel Moss is the safer play.

I hear you and I was thinking yesterday if I am down by 10 or less Davis is the safer bet. If I am down by more then 10 then Moss, Moss at least has the chance at a bomb play where Davis is going to nickle and dime it all night long.

I can see the Giants putting the squeeze on Davis but they really don't have the personally to stop him and if they limit him I just need like two catches for 10 yards.

Davis IMO is JC's favorite traget right now.

I would agree Davis is the favorite target...you really cant go wrong with either one since you just need a couple points. Good luck

Re: I want my 3 points!

Take the gamble and go with Thomas, Davis is too easy of a choice.

Re: I want my 3 points!

Here are your facts:

The starting TE for the Redskins (Cooley before he got hurt, Davis afterwards) has scored at least 3.0 fantasy points (1 point per 10 yards, 6 per TD, 0 per reception) 10 out of 13 weeks. Santana Moss has scored at least 3.0 points (same system) 11 out of 13 weeks.

Here's scoring by week:

Davis/Cooley
*1 12.80 (giants)
*2 8.30
*3 3.80
*4 12.50
*5 0
*6 5.70
*7 2.10
8 bye
9 2.60
*10 5.00
*11 2.40
12 10.30
13 11.30
14 17.00

Moss
1 0.60 (giants)
*2 3.50
*3 23.80
*4 13.40
*5 4.40
*6 4.20
*7 7.40
*8 -
*9 4.70
*10 0.80
*11 3.80
*12 8.80
*13 6.80
*14 5.80

Conclusion: either one should do the trick but Davis has the hotter hand. Moss had a sub 3 point game against the Giants back in week 1, while Cooley scored 13.

Go with the TE.

I get a point for each reception. Guess that would bump their avg.
