I'm calling it right now. Todd Collins retires at the end of this season and takes over as head coach at his alma mater

I don't know if the head coaching job will still be available by then. If they lose to ND, he might be fired after the game. Even if he's not...Michigan is looking at an extremely long season of losses, no way he makes it the entire season.
Michigan has too much talent to be losing this badly. This is just getting ugly.

I, of course, was just kidding when I said Collins would be the next coach. No experience as a coach I doubt they'd hire him. The faves are Jim Harbaugh and Les Miles.

You never know who they would take. Personally, I don't care. I hate Michigan (I'm a ND fan...long story on that one), so I could care less who they hire, but i just know Michigan expects winners, and Carr won't make it through the season the way they are playing.

(I wasn't going to comment on the collins thing, I figured it was either a joke or you know nothing about football...hearing previous comments, you appear to have a slight grasp on football, so It had to be a joke)

Re: Ducks down Michigan this time.

So I'm going to Notre Dame-Michigan next week.

Notre Dame's offensive line couldn't block a high school team. Michigan's defense isn't quite that competant.

Should be a good one.

0-2 Michigan vs. 0-2 Notre Dame...

Michigan SHOULD be able to win this but I could see Carr getting fired if they lose.

Re: Ducks down Michigan this time.

What will suck is the Strength of Schedule for teams like Oregon, Ohio State, Penn State, etc when Michigan, a perenial 9, 10, 11 game winner ends up with like 6 wins and 6 losses...

Michigan/Notre Dame looks like a train wreck...can we just shoot both teams and put them out of their collective misery?
